DELIVERY

 

 

All products are shipped using the Royal Mail, unless size or weight prohibits - we will contact you if this is the case. We make each item to order so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery; if you need a specific delivery date then please get in touch and we will try to accommodate. Our shipping costs are based on weight and we don't take any profit from the 'handling'.

 RETURN

 

 

We are happy to offer returns on all products, except those with monogramming, within 14 days of purchase providing the item is in the original packaging and is unused.

All items returned will be reviewed prior to a refund being processed, all postage costs for returns are to be met by the customer.

If you have any questions then please ask before ordering and we'll endeavor to give you as much clarity as possible.

 

 

 

 REPAIRS

 

 

We believe in our products - from the design to materials to the manufacture. We therefore offer repairs on all products bought from us within two years of the purchase date. We will happily repair any defects in manufacture, for example stitching. Equally if you experience any defects in the material itself, this is also covered.

 

We do not however cover general wear & tear or damage caused by improper use. All items sent for repair must be shipped at the expense of the customer. 

We will always attempt to repair items, however if this is not posible a replacement will be issued
